La Terra di Neena

A collaborative project with Paris-based Crosby Studio set in the Mediterranean climate of Tuscany. The work involved large-scale changes in topography, the creation of a new dry garden around the house, and a wildflower meadow on the slopes surrounding the olive grove.

I developed Harry’s signature checker pattern into the landscape, remodelling the terrain and designing the planting to merge structure with natural rhythm. The dry garden draws on Mediterranean garrigue communities to reflect the changing climate and eliminate the need for irrigation.
